Frequently Asked Questions
Can I book a one-night stay?
Yes, we offer one-night stays midweek (Monday–Thursday) outside of school holidays. Please note that we have a two-night minimum stay for weekends.
Is parking available on site?
Absolutely! We offer free on-site parking, and it’s never more than 50 yards from your pod.
Are all your pods dog friendly
Yes, they sure are ! We allow a maximum of 3 well behaved dogs. Just make sure to add a Pooch Pass when you book to let us know your dog is coming too. Please note that we do not allow dogs to be left in pods unattended. Pooch passes cover the extra cost of deep cleans after you and your four legged pals leave us.
Do the hot tubs stay hot?
Yes! Our hot tubs are gas or diesel powered, and if you've added one to your booking, it’ll be pre-heated and ready for you on arrival—and will stay hot throughout your stay.
What cooking facilities are in the pods?
Each pod comes with a fantastic Big Green Egg BBQ on the deck, plus a toaster, two-burner gas stove, oven, and microwave—everything you need for delicious meals during your stay.
Do I need to bring towels and bedding?
No need to pack those extras! All pods come fully made up with fresh bedding and towels. If you've booked a hot tub, we also include hot tub towels. Fancy a little extra comfort? Bathrobes can be added to your booking for a small additional cost.
Do you decorate pods for special occasions?
We are able to supply latex helium balloons in a choice of colours and occasion bunting is included free of charge with this option. For bespoke requests, please contact us directly.
Are your kitchens fully equipped?
Yes, along with all the cooking facilities mentioned, our kitchens also come fully equipped with crockery, cutlery, pots, pans and utensils. We kindly ask that these are left clean and dry when you leave.
